This role is integral to vendor relationships, internal financial operations, and month-end close — requiring strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset.Responsibilities:AP inbox & daily intake — Manage high-volume daily correspondence and document routingInvoice processing & coding — Review and validate coding accuracy across all invoicesVendor inquiry & discrepancy resolution — First point of contact for AP questions from vendors and internal teamsPayment processing — Execute vendor payments and corporate card settlements with remittance communicationsCorporate card & receipt tracking — Reconcile card transactions and maintain complete documentationMonth-end close & reporting — Prepare journal entries, AP reconciliations, 1099 filings, and ad hoc reportingQualifications:2+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience, with demonstrated ability to manage invoice volume, vendor relationships, and payment cyclesBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be consideredProficiency with accounting software; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a strong plusSelf-directed and solutions-oriented — comfortable identifying problems and proposing fixes without waiting to be askedCollaborative communicator, able to partner effectively with stakeholders across all levels and departmentsExceptional accuracy and efficiency, with the critical thinking skills to support daily financial reporting with a high degree of precisionThe base salary range for this position is between $55,170 to $70,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
