Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.95 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thu 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, entry points, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity. Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support lobby and restricted area protocols in accordance with location requirements. Observe and report potential hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and assist with opening, closing, and after-hours security-related routines as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
