Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention. Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and reporting suspicious behavior, unsecured areas, and/or policy concerns. Complete routine reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates during shift activity to help support continuity of operations and security-related awareness. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
