As a dedicated Paraprofessional/Educational Assistant, you’ll be providing year-round assistance within specialized programs designed to empower students to succeed. With multiple positions available, this is an excellent opportunity to become an essential part of ongoing student support.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of college credits from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree or higher
• Alternatively, a passing score on an approved formal academic assessment (ParaPro, ParaPathways, The Master Teacher) or the ability to meet competencies in the MDE-approved competency grid
• PCA certificate, or willingness to obtain one (quick, no-cost process)
• Ability to provide required documentation for interview consideration: proof of education/credentials, references, and resume
• Committed to on-site work (remote options not available)
• Dedicated, reliable, and passionate about supporting students in special programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction and student engagement in focus programs for students with unique learning needs
• Collaborate effectively with teachers and school staff to adapt materials and deliver individualized assistance
• Monitor student progress, encourage participation, and assist with behavioral interventions as needed
• Maintain a supportive, inclusive environment that fosters academic and social growth
• Participate in a mandatory Wednesday orientation at 1:30 pm upon hiring
