Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract M-F, days, no on call / weekend Coverage area: Walpole, Bellingham, Franklin, Norfolk, Medway, Millis, Medfield, Milford, Boston proper (Dorchester and surrounding towns, Milton, Quincy, Braintree and Weymouth May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address RNs are required to get a minimum of 30 points Start of Cares 2.5, Resumption of Cares 2, Recerts 1.75, Discharges 1.5 and routine visits .9 Must have recent HH exp HomeCare HomeBase experience required Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate if the manager is able to provide training.
