Job Details Marketing Assistant – Los Angeles, CA Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year Hosted by: Audrey Block Responsibilities Assist with managing our social media strategy to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts. Create engaging, relevant, and timely content across all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency and stay updated on new products and features. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness. Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries. Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement. Research and monitor activity of company competitors. Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the startup, tech or legal industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in content creation. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices. Experience with audience and buyer persona research. Good understanding of social media KPIs. Familiarity with web design and publishing. Excellent multitasking, critical thinking, problem‑solving, organizational, time‑management, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
