Our team consists of one physician provider and one Physician Assistant, and we are looking to enhance our collaborative environment by bringing another skilled Physician Assistant on board. The work setting at Skin Thrive Wellness is onsite in our state-of-the-art Surgical Center located in the beautiful Cape Coral area. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising physician with Medical and General Dermatology services by conducting thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
• Perform comprehensive skin exams to identify and diagnose dermatological conditions, using up-to-date practices and diagnostic tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, ensuring clarity and adherence to best practices in dermatological treatment.
• Educate and counsel patients regarding their skin conditions and treatment options, promoting understanding and adherence to prescribed therapies.
• Treat patients of all ages, from children to adults, addressing a diverse range of dermatological concerns such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and more.
• Exhibit exceptional clinical and surgical skills during procedures like biopsies and lesion removals, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain exemplary communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with patients, their families, and team members.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff to optimize patient flow and ensure each individual receives timely attention.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
• Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of the latest advances in dermatological practices and techniques.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.
• Current Board Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).

• A strong desire to work within the realms of General and Medical Dermatology, demonstrating enthusiasm for the field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and staff in a supportive team environment.
• Adherence to scheduled working hours and an ability to manage a flexible treatment schedule that may include weekends as necessary.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a dermatology setting is preferred and essential for this role.
• Familiarity with common dermatology procedures and the ability to execute them with precision is highly valued.
• Experience in a fast-paced medical environment where multi-tasking and efficiency are crucial in ensuring high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
