Bookkeeper
Automation Personnel Services is hiring an experienced Bookkeeper for a well-established Printer Sales and Repair company in Addison, TX. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working independently while supporting day-to-day financial operations.
Pay Rate
$25.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday
8:00am to 6:00pm (Some Saturdays)
Bookkeeper Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping and financial data entry
- Manage Accounts Payable(AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
- Process invoices payments, and expense reports
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding billing discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Perform additional accounting or administrative duties as assigned
Bookkeeper Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous bookkeeper or accounting experience required
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial reports
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
