How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Demonstrated experience in information technology, and deep knowledge of healthcare-related regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, HITRUST; Promoting Interoperability, etc.
• Understanding of standards frameworks such as NIST, ISO, ASTM, USCDI, etc.
• Demonstrated application of risk management techniques in a healthcare technology environment;
• Experience managing IT risk throughout a formal, documented risk management lifecycle;
• Demonstrated experience with healthcare IT, including but not limited to electronic medical records, medical devices, patient portals, FHIR, API, data sharing, and interoperability

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Independently lead projects and initiatives with limited supervision and in a remote work environment.
• Ability and certification in project management, risk management, cybersecurity or compliance is a plus.
• Projects and assignments include HIPAA risk assessment lifecycle management, including risk management platform design, implementation and management; participation on boards and committees overseeing the design of information technology solutions specifically relating to healthcare IT compliance requirements; and solving problems.
