Billing Supervisor

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Billing Supervisor to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $115,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily billing operations and lead a team to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
- Manage billing systems including Aderant Expert and iTimeKeep, resolving system-related issues.
- Coordinate with partners and management to implement specialized billing arrangements.
- Supervise the full billing cycle, including pre-bill generation, invoice distribution, and time entry adjustments.
- Provide training and support to billing staff and new hires on billing procedures and timekeeping systems.
- A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- Minimum of five years of legal billing experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic billing platforms and billing software is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and reporting tools is necessary.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak billing periods and manage physical tasks occasionally.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with Aderant EA Pro Billing and electronic billing systems is required.
- Professional demeanor with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
