What You'll Do:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with local business owners.
• Identify coverage needs and match customers with the right commercial solutions.
• Prepare and confidently present insurance proposals to business clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and coverage reviews.
• Contribute to agency growth through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in commercial or business insurance sales preferred.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to connect with decision-makers.
• A consultative mindset and strong business acumen.
• A goal-oriented attitude and a passion for professional growth.
• Property & Casualty license - or the willingness to earn one (we can help!).

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
