Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental health conditions, subsequently designing individualized treatment plans that promote effective interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, or family systems therapy, tailored to meet the needs of your clients.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and provide ongoing support while meticulously tracking progress through detailed documentation.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions focusing on personal growth, relationship dynamics, and emotional resilience, adapting to the needs of each client.

• Uphold stringent ethical standards of practice by maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on innovative trends in psychotherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice caters to a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, each facing diverse mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, and life transitions, with a strong emphasis on culturally responsive care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
