Scope and Purpose: We are seeking a Junior International Policy Services Representative for our growing international team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and operational support to international policyholders, agents, and internal departments by administering in‑force policies and supporting day‑to‑day policy operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Process servicing requests for in‑force international insurance policies. Respond to agent and policyholder inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Process premium payments, withdrawals, and other policy transactions. Coordinate policy changes, reinstatements, and other administrative requests. Maintain accurate policy records and supporting documentation. Assist with testing of administrative systems, enhancements, and new functionality. Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements. Provide backup support for new business process improvements. Provide backup support for new business processing during peak workloads or staff absences. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve policy administration issues. Ensure adherence to Company procedures and service standards. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or in a related field. Bilingual required, Spanish or Portuguese preferred . Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have strong bilingual verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and manage time effectively. Must be dependable and flexible. Maintain a professional attitude in challenging situations. Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision and errors. Must be able to prioritize and discern when items must be escalated. Have a knack for improving processes and procedures. Experience with life insurance or investment products is beneficial. Proficient technical skills using various programs and applications such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Webex, IBM AS400, AdminSeg, SharePoint, etc. Travel Requirements: This position may require light travel within a ten‑mile radius from one office location to another as needed. Professional Development: Establish annual objectives for professional growth. Keep pace with developments in thediscipline. Learn and apply technologies that support professional and personal growth. Participate in the evaluation process.
