Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and foster trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients, enabling them to feel safe and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Diagnose and assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations, ensuring accurate and individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Regularly consult with clients to provide ongoing counseling, adapting treatment strategies as necessary based on progress and client feedback.

• Monitor and document client development, utilizing tracking systems to measure outcomes and adjust treatment methods as required.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Beyond Psychology Counseling Center, you'll work with a wide range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes retirement benefits, an affordable new hire bonus, full pay and benefits for those working over 30 hours a week, and a 401(k) plan with an employer match.
