This individual will bring strong financial acumen, operational leadership capability, and the ability to build scalable infrastructure within a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.Required QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain, procurement, logistics, or sourcing operationsExperience leading large-scale supply chain operations within a complex integrated healthcare system or academic medical centerDemonstrated success implementing technology, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions within supply chain operationsProven ability to manage large budgets, vendor ecosystems, and enterprise sourcing strategiesStrong executive communication, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience within a large academic medical center or multi-hospital health systemProfessional certifications such as CMRP, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or PMPDemonstrated success leading enterprise transformation, operational standardization, or system integration initiativesExperience supporting major expansion, construction, or hospital startup initiativesSalary Range$305,000+ depending on qualificationsWorking ConditionsMay work around standard office conditionsRepetitive use of a keyboard at a workstationRequired MaterialsResumeLetter of interest3 work reference names (with contact information)Important: Before submitting your online application, ensure that ALL required materials have been uploaded.
