Job Description

This full-time Physician Assistant role focuses on delivering high-touch, luxury concierge primary care within an innovative, boutique practice specializing in internal medicine, longevity, and peptide therapies. The ideal candidate carries a small panel of patients, supports the office clinically, and provides a sophisticated level of service to a high-end clientele in a largely hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small panel of primary care patients, conducting regular check-ins and follow-up visits.
• Support the office clinically by reviewing laboratory results, identifying next steps, and initiating patient visits as needed.
• Handle clinical questions and patient communications promptly and professionally across remote and in-office channels.
• De-escalate challenging patient situations with empathy, discretion, and sound clinical judgment.
• Provide a luxury concierge level of care, ensuring each patient experience feels personalized, attentive, and high-touch.
• Demonstrate strong initiative in managing patient relationships and proactively addressing clinical concerns.
• Confidently troubleshoot clinical scenarios independently while knowing when to escalate or collaborate with the broader clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and contribute to administrative support tasks related to patient care.
• Engage with longevity and peptide therapy protocols and integrate them into patient care plans where appropriate.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of an exciting, expanding practice in the longevity and biohacking space.

Essential Skills

• Active Physician Assistant (PA) license with eligibility to practice in New York.
• Strong internal medicine background, with the ability to manage complex primary care patients.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and core healthcare concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-touch, concierge-level patient care in a primary care setting.
• Confidence in independently troubleshooting clinical scenarios and making sound clinical decisions.
• Strong communication skills for managing patient questions, follow-ups, and ongoing relationships.
• Ability to de-escalate challenging patient situations while maintaining professionalism and patient trust.
• Comfort with clinical documentation and administrative support related to patient care.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• New York state license required for practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Personal interest in longevity medicine, peptide therapies, and biohacking, including staying current with emerging protocols and trends.
• Experience working with high-end clientele or in concierge medicine is a plus, with openness to learning this style of care if new to it.
• Ability to deliver a refined, luxury touch in all patient interactions, both in-person and remote.
• Leadership qualities in building and maintaining strong, long-term patient relationships.
• Comfort working within a boutique, innovative practice environment focused on longevity and performance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in a hybrid work model. The role typically includes one to two clinical days per week in a New York office setting, with the remaining time spent working remotely. The practice operates as a boutique concierge primary care environment with a strong reputation and a focus on longevity and peptide therapies, attracting high-end clientele and offering a thoughtful protocol layered on top of basic care. The culture emphasizes intellectually engaging, "super interesting" work in the biohacking and longevity space, designed to be less prone to burnout than traditional academic medicine. This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140,000.00 - $155,000.00/yr. 401K PTO Medical, Dental, Vision Sales incentive benefit
