About Us

Karash Construction is a growing residential design-build construction company based in Pomona, NY. We take high-quality residential projects from design through completion, and we're scaling our operations to keep pace with demand. We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to be the operational backbone of our office as we grow.

 

About the Role

This is a key role within the company. As Office Manager, you'll be the central point of contact in our office and the person who drives the systems and processes that keep our projects and operations running smoothly. You'll work directly with the owner and have real autonomy over your domain — not just running day-to-day operations, but helping shape and improve the systems behind them as we scale.

We're looking for someone who enjoys improving systems, not just maintaining them.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact in the office and main line of communication for clients, trade partners, and vendors
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and front desk/reception
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in coordination with our bookkeeper and accountant
  • Oversee trade partner and vendor compliance (COIs, licensing, W-9s, and related documentation)
  • Administer payroll input and PTO tracking
  • Manage client relationships and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate permitting and project administration
  • Drive accountability and ensure projects move smoothly through administrative workflows
  • Maintain and improve digital systems and workflows as the company grows

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of office management experience in a construction-related field
  • Strong organizational and process-management skills, with the ability to build and improve systems
  • Strong communicator who takes real ownership
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable and proficient with technology, including modern AI tools
  • Experience with construction management software (JobTread)
  • QuickBooks
  • Google Workspace
