Accounting Associate

JOB SUMMARY Circle K Store is seeking a Temporary Accounting Associate, Part Time (approximate 20 hours per week) for 4-6 months. Create new vendor set-ups and updates to existing vendors. Attention to detail is critical. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Receive vendor update requests and timely enter new vendor profile in ERP. Communicate directly with vendors to verify documentation is correct. Verify updates to vendors are approved, well-documented, and appropriate. Communicate vendor setup or update needs using Service Now platform. QUALIFICATIONS One year of general office experience. Must be highly organized with strong follow-through and follow-up skills. Must have strong communication skills. Must have strong attention to detail. Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel and Word; experience with working with PDI a plus. Experience with PDI and Service Now a plus.
