Multiple contract positions are available—each uniquely focused on diverse student needs, including roles supporting developmental cognitive disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and specific learning disabilities. Assignments are distributed across a variety of settings and school sites, offering you the chance to match your expertise and passion with the area you best serve.

You’ll work within a collaborative environment, focusing on empowering students academically, socially, and emotionally from late August to early June. Full-time hours provide the potential for deep, meaningful impact over the span of the academic year.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Minnesota teaching license required
• Certification and/or significant experience in Special Education or related fields
• Ability to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
• Strong communication and adaptation skills for both classroom and individualized instruction
• Professional references confirming a history of positive employment relationships
• Preference given to candidates with prior successful completion of contract(s) in district, with no history of conflict or adverse separation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster inclusive, supportive learning environments across a range of settings
• Collaborate with administrators, specialists, and families to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and federal requirements
• Adapt to hybrid or in-person instruction as needed
