Role:Lab Technician

Location: Santa Clara, CA - Onsite

Job Summary

Perform rack & stack, network cabling, cable management, and lab equipment organization .
Provide basic network administration, troubleshooting, SSH/console access, and device connectivity support.
Manage remote lab access using SSL VPN, RDP/VNC/View Client , and maintain lab availability.
Audit physical/virtual devices, including serial numbers, connections, IP addresses, and documentation .
Provide basic Linux, Windows, VMware, Cisco/Arista switch, firewall, and OpenShift support.
Monitor ticket queues, prioritize SLA requests, reassign tickets, and communicate status/follow-ups.
1 3 years' Lab/Data Center experience ; must understand copper/fiber cabling, power/cooling, and lift 50+ lbs.
