About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Growth Marketing & Strategy to spearhead demand generation, audience growth, and digital commercial performance across its diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading growth strategies that enhance demand capture, direct booking contribution, and revenue across various properties. This role requires a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, with a focus on aligning marketing investment with commercial outcomes, developing targeted demand programs, and setting commercial priorities for CRM, loyalty, and audience development strategies. The VP will also be instrumental in commercial analytics, executive reporting, and identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation for forecasting, personalization, and decision support. Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years' of leadership experience in commercial strategy, growth marketing, and digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry. The role demands a leader with a sophisticated understanding of hospitality demand generation, strong financial and analytical skills, and the ability to influence across a complex portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, CRM, and digital acquisition, and be adept at translating market insights into practical growth initiatives. Experience in AI, automation, and emerging technologies is essential, with a preference for familiarity with AI search and digital discovery tools. The role requires a commercially minded executive with a strategic vision, operational discipline, and a strong bias for action, capable of building cross-functional partnerships and delivering measurable commercial impact.
