This individual will be able to practice excellent organization and time management skills, ability to effectively and tactfully communicate with people, great listening skills, and creative problem solving ability. The Retail Sales Representative will have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually. They will also show a high level of enthusiasm and integrity./ppESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES/pulliMaintain professional business activity with customers throughout the purchase process/liliAchieve sales goals including home sales and profitability/liliMaintaining a high level of customer satisfaction/liliIdentify customers needs and provide realistic assistance in selection of home/liliObtain credit information and work with manager to secure financing for customer/liliObtain customers down payment prior to ordering the home/liliClose contract with the customers/liliComplete and manage orders with customers/liliUtilize follow up systems to track activity and results/liliFollow-up on sales leads from various sources including advertising, telephone and website/liliIdentify local marketing opportunities for new business/liliProactive follow up with prospective customers/liliAvailability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays/li/ulpMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/pulliAt least 2 years experience in sales or business/liliHigh School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred/liliManagement background is a plus/liliBilingual skills is a PLUS/li/ulpWE OFFER/pp Salary plus Aggressive Commission package.
