Outbound New Business Account Executive

Outbound Sales Executive

We're seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to identify and solicit new business. This is a unique opportunity to engage with clients nationwide to discuss advertising opportunities across multiple platforms, including mobile, online, radio, events and more.

What You'll Do:

  • Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings with clients and research
  • Consistently cold-call and cultivate existing business using our full suite of products
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and use your storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data

Prospecting Discipline & Lead Generation

A commission-driven rep must be relentless in sourcing new opportunities. This includes cold outreach, relationship mining, networking, and consistently filling the top of the funnel.

Pipeline Management & Follow-Through

Commission sales rewards those who manage their pipeline with rigor. This includes prioritizing opportunities, maintaining momentum, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracksfrom first contact to close.

What You'll Need:

  • Self-motivated with a very "go-getter" attitude!
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Persuasive communicator
  • Plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients as part of lead generation efforts
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and social networking platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Digital/Media Sales experience are a plus but not required
