Finance Managers offer vehicle financing to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties. This includes a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. Process financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources. Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments. Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department. Assist in training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs. Requirements

High School Graduation or equivalent. Automotive experience as a finance manager. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent mathematical skills.

Benefits

Commission-Based Pay: $60,000–$400,000 annually, including potential commissions and performance-based earnings. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, experience, and qualifications.
