Experience in the human services field required. Must have a California Driver’s license in good standing and insurance. Preferred experience with the Developmentally Disabled population is a bonus! The Job: Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management. Develop a Stabilization Plan and Case Review. Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist. Participate in a hotline rotation to address acute crisis calls. Participate in clinical trainings Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings. Interview Steps: Initial Phone Screen. Final Interview.
