Boden Talent is partnering with a leading provider of facilities management and workplace solutions to recruit a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Cincinnati market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing organisation delivering tailored hard and soft services solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and securing profitable contracts. Working closely with operational and technical teams, you'll develop bespoke solutions that solve client challenges and create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate and develop new business opportunities across target sectors

✅ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

✅ Lead the sales process from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and contract award

✅ Develop compelling tenders, presentations, and sales proposals

✅ Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

✅ Identify market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative service solutions

✅ Support contract retention and rebid opportunities

✅ Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting

About You

✔ 5+ years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar commercial role

✔ Experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, Workplace Solutions, Property Services, or a related sector

✔ Demonstrated success winning and growing new business

✔ Strong presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

✔ Highly organised with strong commercial acumen

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

✔ Bachelor's degree preferred, though relevant industry experience will be considered
