Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work on-site at our outpatient office located in the scenic town of Keansburg. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients, assessing functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and support staff to enhance the continuity of care.
• Participate in leadership functions, including community outreach initiatives and staff training programs.
• Evaluate and modify therapy programs based on patient progress and changing needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with an active state license in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience
