Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples, facilitating communication, understanding, and conflict resolution.

• Provide individual therapy to family members, addressing a variety of mental health issues.

• Utilize best practices in therapy to tackle challenges such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, and communications difficulties.

• Effectively engage and conduct assessments for blended families, offering specialized support during transitions such as separation and divorce.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each family and individual.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical work will primarily focus on families and individuals dealing with:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will hold the following credentials:

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
