Remote CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER (M/W/D)

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich:

  • Du kümmerst Dich eigenverantwortlich um die Abwicklung unserer Kundenbestellungen von der Anfrage über die Lieferung bis hin zum Zahlungseingang 
  • Du führst eigenständig Produktrecherchen durch und erstellst Angebote für Kunden 
  • Du unterstützt bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden und der Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen 
  • Du pflegst Beziehungen mit Key Accounts und unterstützt bei der Organisation von Kundenveranstaltungen
  • Du unterstützt das Controlling und Reporting der Sales Aktivitäten

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umfeld Vertrieb / Sales, (Neu-) Geschäftsentwicklung, E-Commerce, B2B, Kundenbeziehungen o. ä. 
  • Du hast Lust, gemeinsam mit dem Rest des Teams jeden Tag ganz nah am Kunden den Unterschied zu machen
  • Du gehst Problemen gewissenhaft auf den Grund und zeigst hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein bei der Erfüllung Deiner Aufgaben 
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, neugierig und gehst mit Spaß an die Arbeit
  • Du schätzt eigenverantwortliches, flexibles Arbeiten und bist technik-affin
