Senior Manager of Client Accounting Services

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Manager of Client Accounting Services will manage client relationships, provide strategic direction, and enhance operational performance through innovative solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Analyzing and developing financial and operational infrastructure for clients in the outsourcing space Managing client relationships while serving as a brand ambassador for the organization Designing and implementing key systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and client service delivery Required qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience, with prior consulting experience managing multiple client service teams Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably in accounting or finance Familiarity with GAAP concepts and strong mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Proven track record of improving financial and operational processes, especially in growth-stage companies Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, to enhance business processes
