You'll partner with executive leadership to execute sales strategy, recruit exceptional talent, and ensure every member of the sales team is equipped to succeed. Compensation and Benefits: $150,000–$225,000 Annual Salary (depending on experience) 401(k) and Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Responsibilities: • • Lead, coach, and develop sales professionals • Drive accountability through metrics and performance reviews • Recruit and retain top sales talent • Create scalable systems that improve lead conversion, appointments, and overall sales performance • Partner with leadership to achieve company growth goals • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and operations to ensure every department is moving toward shared goals Qualifications: • • Proven success leading high-performing sales organizations • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills • Strong recruiting and talent development experience • Highly proactive, strategic, and results-driven • Excellent communicator with a track record of execution • Leads by example and is willing to roll up their sleeves to support the team whenever needed • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Compensation: $150,000 - $225,000 base salary
