This is a great opportunity for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.Pay & ScheduleHourly Pay: $21-23/HOUR DOESchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PMPay Frequency: WeeklyEmployment Type: Evaluation-to-HireLocation: Circle Pines, MNBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceShort-Term Disability & Life InsuranceSick LeaveEmployee Assistance ProgramReferral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours)Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.Prepare, package, and process outgoing orders according to customer and carrier requirements.Operate shipping systems and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.Coordinate with production, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure timely shipment of products and materials.QualificationsPrevious experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred.Familiarity with inventory management systems, shipping software, and documentation.Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a manufacturing environment.About Express Employment - Forest Lake, MNSince 2015, Express Employment Professionals in Forest Lake has partnered with over 300 businesses across the region to match top talent with rewarding job opportunities.
