Senior FP&A Analyst

What You’ll Do Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards, financial models, and recurring reports (including board materials) Partner with Customer Experience and other business stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights Perform ad hoc analysis and support strategic finance initiatives Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and scalable reporting solutions Lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution Leverage AI and advanced data tools to enhance financial analysis while ensuring accuracy and integrity Qaulifications 3–5 years of FP&A or related finance experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning (OfficeConnect required); NetSuite experience is a plus Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets and financial models Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys building, improving processes, and making a direct impact in a growing organization.
