Family Produce está en busca de Representantes de Ventas que sea dinámicos y proactivos para unirse a nuestro equipo. El rol consiste en visitar restaurantes para captar nuevos clientes en el área de Indianapolis y suburbios alrededor (150 millas a la redonda). La persona deberá tener al menos 1 año de experiencia en ventas (preferiblemente en la industria alimentaria)

Como representante de ventas, usted será responsable de atraer nuevos clientes y atender algunas cuentas existentes con un servicio al cliente excepcional.

Deberes y responsabilidades

· Habilidades fuertes de servicio al cliente, mentalidad de crecimiento y buenas habilidades de comunicación.
· Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma independiente.
· Tomar pedidos de cuentas propias y de la compañía.
· Solicitar pagos de sus cuentas.
· Elaborar lista de precios para clientes de forma semanal.

Requisitos
· Conocimiento del sector de alimentos o restaurantes
. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en ventas; se proporcionará entrenamiento al candidato adecuado por 2 semanas de manera presencial en nuestras instalaciones
. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma con enfoque a resultados
. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, persuasión y seguimiento
· Fluidez en Español
· Conocimiento básico de Inglés
· Conocimiento básico de Microsoft Excel, Word y email
· Tener vehículo propio y licencia de conducir vigente

· Salario Base Anual $20,800 + Comisiones pueden llegar el ingreso anual promedio entre $40K - $150K
