Project Manager (Hybrid Schedule)Abramson Labor Group is seeking a resourceful, technology-savvy Project Manager to support the Managing Partner on executive-level initiatives. This role acts as a direct extension of the Managing Partner — driving projects forward, coordinating across departments, and representing the Managing Partner's priorities in communications with internal staff and outside vendors. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on variety, is comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects, and can be trusted to speak and act on the Managing Partner's behalf when needed.Abramson Labor Group is a leading employment and workers' compensation law firm dedicated to advocating for employees' rights. If you are passionate about employment law and workers' rights, we invite you to join our dedicated team.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the Managing Partner to plan, organize, and execute a variety of executive-level projectsAct on behalf of the Managing Partner in communications with internal teams, vendors, and outside parties when directedDrive projects forward independently — anticipate roadblocks, follow up proactively, and push initiatives through to completionManage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as the Managing Partner's needs shiftObtain and compare quotes from vendors and service providers to support decision-makingServe as a liaison between the Managing Partner and internal departments to keep projects movingCommunicate clearly and professionally with staff, vendors, and outside contacts, both verbally and in writingTrack project status, deadlines, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Managing PartnerUse project management tools and general software platforms to organize tasks, timelines, and communicationsQualificationsPrior experience in professional services (law, finance, insurance, healthcare admin, etc.)Demonstrated ability to improve workflows, streamline systems, and lead through changeComfortable using data and metrics to track performance and drive accountabilityStrong communication and leadership presenceFast learner with a bias toward action and big-picture thinkingBachelors Degree (Preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams)Strong technology and software proficiency; comfortable learning and using new tools quicklyWorking knowledge of project management tools/platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly self-motivated, resourceful "go-getter" who can work independently with minimal supervisionProven ability to manage several projects at once and keep them moving to completionStrong judgment and discretion when representing the Managing PartnerComfortable working a hybrid schedule, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PSTWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay: $27.00 – $37.00, DOEHybrid work scheduleDirect mentorship and visibility working alongside firm leadershipComprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, and retirement plan.Opportunities for professional growth and career development within the firm.A supportive work environment dedicated to teamwork, integrity, and excellence in client service.
