Senior Accounting Manager

Senior Manager / Controller Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote) Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 Bonus: 10% annually About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a Senior Manager / Controller to join its growing finance team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure financial reporting is completed and distributed on schedule
• Supervise a team of five direct reports
• Support accounting operations within a global organizational structure
• Maintain strong internal controls and drive continuous process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Prior people management experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and month-end close processes

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation
• Experience working within a global organization
• Capital expenditure (CapEx) experience
• SAP experience
