Accounts Receivable CoordinatorAn established organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support daily AR operations. This position will focus on customer billing, collections, account maintenance, and payment processing while serving as a key point of contact for customer account inquiries.Location: Eagan, MNSchedule: Full-Time | OnsiteCompensation: $56,000 – $68,000/yearKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process customer invoices and account statementsPost payments and perform daily cash application activitiesContact customers regarding past-due invoices and payment arrangementsMaintain accurate customer account informationResearch and resolve payment discrepancies and short-pay situationsReconcile accounts and assist with month-end reportingCollaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracySupport process improvement initiatives within the accounting departmentQualifications2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or related accounting functionsExperience with ERP or accounting softwareIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with strong attention to detailWhat We OfferCompetitive pay and benefitsStable and growing organizationTeam-oriented cultureCareer advancement opportunitiesHands-on exposure to multiple accounting functions
