Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing Business Development Center (BDC) team!

Automotive experience is a plus, but it's not required. We're happy to train the right people. What matters most to us is your attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to succeed.

As a BDC Representative, you'll play an important role in our dealership's success. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them navigate their vehicle-shopping experience and connecting them with our sales team.

What You'll Do

• Handle incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, and customer communications with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate interest and schedule sales appointments.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and text.
• Build relationships with customers through consistent, personalized follow-up.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for our sales team.
• Reconnect with customers who missed appointments or haven't yet made a purchasing decision.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes in our CRM system.
• Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in dealership marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
