Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This engaging position focuses on providing speech-language services to a diverse caseload, emphasizing students served in low incidence categorical settings. Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold or eligible for CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Ability to provide comprehensive SLP services in educational environments
• Knowledge of special education procedures and legal requirements
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Familiarity with working with high school students, particularly those with mixed abilities or life skills needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy tailored for high school caseload, emphasizing support for students in low incidence categorical classrooms
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultative support to teachers, staff, and families to foster students’ progress in and outside the classroom
• Monitor and document student growth, making data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as needed
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and comply with school and district requirements
