Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative 2 to support the Claims Division in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while assisting injured workers, attorneys, paralegals, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators with claims records and documentation requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist injured workers, attorneys, paralegals, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators with reviewing and printing claim files.
- Process records requests by verifying interested-party status and authorization to access records.
- Research claim records using databases, microfiche, and microfilm.
- Date-stamp and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate division or department.
- Create invoices for records requests, calculate fees, and collect payments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments by sending invoice copies and payment request letters.
- Update and maintain Claims Division databases.
- Participate in Arizona Management System (AMS) activities, daily huddles, and staff meetings.
Required Skills:
- Strong computer knowledge
- Experience using Google Suite, including Google Sheets
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and data-entry abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Call center experience
