Room AttendantThe Room Attendant at Lone Mountain Ranch plays an essential role in creating a warm, comfortable, and memorable guest experience. More than housekeeping, this position helps shape the atmosphere and feeling guests experience throughout their stay by maintaining beautifully cared-for cabins and inviting public spaces across the Ranch.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the small details, and enjoys contributing to a team-focused hospitality environment. Room Attendants work closely with Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, and other departments to help ensure every guest space feels welcoming, clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared.What You'll DoClean and service guest cabins and public spaces to Ranch standardsComplete stayover, departure, and turndown services with attention to detailChange linens, replenish amenities, and restock cabin refreshmentsHelp maintain clean and organized common areas, offices, bathrooms, restaurants, and the OutpostInspect cabins to ensure readiness and overall presentation before guest arrivalCommunicate maintenance or repair needs proactively to the appropriate teamsAssist with laundry operations and linen organization as neededProvide friendly and professional interactions with guests and coworkersSupport overall Ranch operations while contributing to a positive and team-oriented environmentQualificationsPrevious housekeeping or hospitality experience preferredStrong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, organized spacesFriendly, professional communication skills and a hospitality-focused mindsetAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesFlexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidaysValid U.S. Driver's License preferredCPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain during the seasonPhysical ability to bend, lift, stand, and remain active throughout the workdayAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
