The work setting is entirely remote, facilitating a flexible schedule that prioritizes work-life balance. We are open to customizing your work hours, allowing for either 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families dealing with grief, loss, and emotional distress related to hospice care.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to collect and interpret valuable social, personal, and health-related information from clients, forming a basis for tailored treatment plans.

• Evaluate and address problems within the scope of practice, implementing effective interventions and treatment strategies.
\n
• Coordinate and plan programs and activities to fulfill clients' social and emotional needs, enhancing their overall well-being.

• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, ensuring timely crisis resolution and effective referrals to community resources.

• Establish and cultivate professional relationships built on trust, acceptance, and mutual respect, providing clients with a safe space for expression.

• Regularly evaluate and document the effectiveness of treatment services provided, continuously making adjustments to improve outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Maintain an organized caseload with meticulous documentation in client records, adhering to established protocols and privacy standards.

• Engage in individual clinical counseling to support personal growth and emotional healing.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance service delivery and support organizational initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on providing critical mental health support to patients in a hospice environment, primarily dealing with issues such as bereavement, depression, anxiety, and other behavioral health challenges. Clients may include individuals confronting terminal illnesses, their family members, and caretakers requiring assistance in coping with the emotional toll of end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in social work or a related field is preferred, particularly in hospice or palliative care settings.

• Familiarity with recording and reporting systems, as well as mental health assessment tools, to monitor client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, you will be eligible for a generous benefits package that includes:
