Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders both in the community and through virtual platforms.

• Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to meet shared goals while maintaining a clear focus on client needs and outcomes.

• Adhere to professional ethical guidelines and the organizational code of conduct, ensuring compliance in all interactions.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate crisis management strategies to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Create and execute comprehensive care plans by connecting clients to necessary resources and services while facilitating communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Monitor treatment progress, facilitate referrals, and ensure the timely completion of necessary documentation and reporting.

• Participate in on-call rotation, assisting clients outside regular hours as needed and contributing to crisis intervention efforts.

• Engage actively in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery within the agency.
