Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments for students, taking into account their personal history, current issues, and relevant social factors influencing their education.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs, with a focus on addressing emotional and behavioral challenges to facilitate academic success.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities specifically suited for youth, to effectively manage mental health issues.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting personal growth, emotional regulation, and coping strategies among students.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school counselors, and outside mental health resources to provide coordinated care and a cohesive support system for students.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, applying de-escalation techniques and appropriate referrals to ensure student safety and well-being.

• Deliver psychoeducation workshops to students and families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health, treatment options, and community resources available for further support.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and support continuous professional development.

• Stay informed of current laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines relevant to school-based mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
