Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations using telehealth tools, developing a thorough understanding of students' mental health needs and presenting concerns.

• Create personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's goals, engaging in regular reviews and adjustments tailored to their progress.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored for a school environment, incorporating techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy to achieve meaningful outcomes.

• Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and community resources to coordinate multidisciplinary care and ensure a holistic approach to student wellness.

• Keep meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Stay current on developments in mental health practices and relevant educational policies, sharing insights and strategies with the team to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents within the school system, many of whom may be dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. You will help students navigate their mental health needs in a supportive, understanding environment that prioritizes their well-being and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A current, fully licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical counseling specific to mental health.

• A strong foundation in various treatment methodologies relevant to child and adolescent counseling.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport among students, parents, and educational staff.

• Competence in navigating technology and virtual platforms for telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
