Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions to clients, applying advanced therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain diligent and timely documentation of client progress and therapy interventions, adhering to agency and licensing standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals struggling with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. Our clients come from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, providing you with the opportunity to apply culturally responsive methodologies in your practice. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate efficiently with psychiatrists to optimize client treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a broad range of clients.
