The Role
We're seeking an experienced SDR to build and maintain our sales pipeline. We're flexible on arrangement, contract, contract-to-perm, or permanent, full-time or part-time, so we can find the right person rather than the right contract type.
You'll generate qualified opportunities across our services business and our retail product, engaging senior decision-makers and keeping our HubSpot CRM clean and accurate. To start, you'll focus on building pipeline across enterprise, mid-market accounts supporting Retail and AI services.
This is not a generic sales role, you'll need genuine experience selling B2B digital or technology services.
What You'll Do
- Research and build target account lists across enterprise, government, and retail
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Engage decision-makers, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, and product and retail leaders
- Generate qualified meetings for our leadership team
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and reporting in HubSpot
- Share market feedback to sharpen targeting and messaging
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in an SDR, BDR, or lead generation role selling technology services, CMS, SaaS, or digital transformation
- Experience engaging senior execs and C-level stakeholders
- A working understanding of enterprise sales, and ideally exposure to AI and retail
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Lusha and Apollo
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-directed and organised, comfortable owning your pipeline
