Staff Engineer - Technical Lead

Salary: $244,700 - 279,200 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree.
• We require at least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
• We require at least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
• Preferred: a bachelors or masters degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Preferred: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems architecture, or platform engineering.
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience with API design, microservices architecture, and platform evolution in high-availability, high-throughput environments.
• Preferred: demonstrated ability to partner with product management and business stakeholders to co-own product strategy.
• Preferred: 7+ years of professional coding experience in commonly used languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, and similar.
• Preferred: 7+ years of professional experience across the full system development lifecycle, from conception through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience with public or private cloud technologies.
