This role sits close to Front Office trading businesses and requires an experienced technology delivery leader who understands how to operate at the intersection of trading, technology, product, and senior leadership. The environment is fast-moving and stakeholder-intensive, with direct exposure to traders, desk leadership, Product Owners, and senior technology executives.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery for Front Office trading initiatives across complex capital markets environments.
• Partner directly with traders, desk heads, Product Owners, technology teams, and senior leadership to translate business priorities into executable technology roadmaps.
• Drive delivery across initiatives supporting Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, Derivatives, or related trading businesses.
• Manage program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive-level reporting across concurrent technology initiatives.
• Balance Agile delivery practices with the governance, controls, planning, and reporting disciplines required in a large financial institution.
• Provide clear recommendations and delivery updates to Managing Director and executive-level stakeholders.
• Navigate competing priorities and facilitate decisions across business and technology teams.
• Ensure technology initiatives remain aligned with trading workflows, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and overall Front Office strategy.

Do You Bring Proven Success Leading Front Office Capital Markets Technology Delivery?

• 10+ years of experience leading technology delivery supporting Front Office trading businesses.
• Deep experience within one or more capital markets asset classes, including Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, or Derivatives .
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, trading workflows, pricing, valuation, risk, market structure, and regulatory drivers affecting Front Office technology.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with traders, desk heads, Product Owners, and senior technology leaders .
• Strong preference for experience supporting Electronic Trading, Fixed Income, Credit, or Derivatives environments.
• Proven ability to deliver within Agile environments while maintaining strong program governance and executive reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile planning tools, and enterprise portfolio-management processes .
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate risks, dependencies, decisions, and recommendations clearly to Managing Director and executive audiences.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with multiple competing priorities.
• Strong judgment, influence, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
