$22 per hour We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Clinic Representative Admin Assistant to support our Clinic Representative team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and eager to grow within our company. As a Clinic Representative Admin Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication and workflow between our clinic reps and the clinics we serve. You'll be the onsite go-to person when our reps are in the field, ensuring no messages or tasks fall through the cracks. This role has the potential to grow into a Clinic Representative position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Field and organize incoming emails to our Clinic Representative team Enter initial onboarding data for new clinics Respond to basic inquiries such as order status and tracking information Take and relay messages when Clinic Representatives are out delivering or visiting clinics Support with various administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous administrative and data entry experience Strong typing skills and computer proficiency Ability to work onsite at our pharmacy and stay focused at a computer for an 8-hour shift Clear and professional communication skills Physical Demands Must be able to work on a computer for extended periods.
